I recently visited the South Molton Museum and found a tiny pair of socks knitted on sewing needles. I took a photo, but the focus is a bit off. I expect it took some dedication to turn a heel that small!
The museum had obviously recently had some lottery funding, so things were really nicely presented, with items that small people could touch and play with. Smallest child spent most of her time sitting in a toy fire engine while I browsed the exhibits. Below are some carved beads and game pieces which I also thought were rather lovely
